Hello Puja. Here's the details of your case. You mentioned you never received the refund. We have checked with Sears and the refund has been processed for over 14 days. Our team has been checking on the issue every day until you have finally confirmed that you have actually received the refund from Sears already and only waiting for us to reimburse your return shipping fee. Normally we do not offer that service but we are taking an extra step to ensure you are satisfied and provided you the reimbursement. Our team has taken few days to verify why the return shipping fee was so high when our shipping fee to you was only $7.99 and the return shipping is at $11.65. However, instead of keeping you to wait, we have processed it to you already and please check with your account. Also, you are not returning an item to Asia and your item was never shipped to you from Asia unless it is from another company. Base on the information for this order, your order was shipped to you from our North Carolina center and you have return it to our North Carolina center as well. Although we have been trying our very best to reply your every single email within 24 hours time frame and have processed you the refund for over 2 weeks already, we may still not able to meet your customer service expectation. Hi Sam, Can you let us know your invoice number so that we can check this for you? If you are base in the US, it could due to the Snow Storm as we shipped from our Asheville fulfillment center and some packages were delay earlier because of the weather condition. Thank you*** Thank you for your comment and we know you are frustrated. We have resolved your matter already and the refund has been issued. You should have received it already. The main reason for the delay is due to the name difference. We search on Bryce but the payment for this order is under Christopher. Because of this ,it has took our team a bit longer to verify as we do not want to refund the wrong person. Another reason is that since we use Paypal to process the refund, the order is over 60 days and won't allow us to process refund automatically and that's why we want to double confirm we send the payment to the right person. It has been shipped on the 31st and the current status is with US custom. When a package is still with US custom, USPS (Not UPS), will indicate the item is shipment is being prepare by origin post. The normal shipping time is about 7 to 10 business days and you should be getting it in the next few working days. We will check with USPS by Friday if the package is still with custom. Thank you.
