American Massage Therapy AssociationThe American Massage Therapy Association is the largest non-profit, professional association serving massage therapists, massage students and massage schools. We are guided by a volunteer national Board of Directors who sets the course for the association. As a member-driven organization, we are constantly in conversation with our members through surveys, phone calls, emails and social media to understand the diverse needs of all of our members and their hopes for the profession. We advocate for the issues important to massage therapists across the country at the federal, state and local levels of government. We promote the health benefits of massage to the public, the health care community and other important groups. AMTA provides its members with the strongest benefits in the massage therapy profession and has been serving our community for over 75 years.

AMTA helps me stay up to date on what’s happening in the massage therapy world and provides excellent resources for my practice. As an independent massage therapist, I appreciate having useful information and support in one place. It helps me stay informed and continue growing so I can better serve my clients.

My computer froze on video couple of times. I had retake the lesson over again because it lost it that my supervisor could not find it and I could not find it. So I had to take it all over again and I didn't appreciate that.
