Obviously not computer savvy. Attempted numerous times to create an account so I could order their product but their system continuously states fix error. I filled out every detail and then when you go to create account, it states account not recognized. What a disaster!

Time to drop stupid subscription model, especially for diy enthusiasts. Near impossible to get their products otherwise. Very good products, but their distribution channels need to improve.

Hi, AC. Thank you for sharing your comments. You do not need a subscription or membership to purchase AMSOIL products. You can find an independent Dealer or retailer near you at AMSOIL.com/locator, or you can purchase directly from AMSOIL.com without a membership and we will deliver to your door.

I called the Technical Support Department to get a question answered about one of their products. A man answered and could not answer my question as I was told they do not have any info or data about it. Even though I was not shouting he said something to the effect to not shout as if I were. This is unprofessional. I was not speaking softly as all too often people tell me they cannot heard me. I disconnected the call and called Customer Service to give feedback about my encounter but could not and was told I would have to call Technical Support but I did not want to possibly get the same person again in Technical Support.

Thank you for sharing, Wayne. That’s certainly not the impression we want to leave. If you send your first and last name and the date and approximate time of the call to [email protected], we will review the call and follow up with the appropriate next steps.

I have been an Amsoil account for at least 25 years. Prior to that I was buying from one of their dealers. I've been satisfied until today. Their new catalog displays a new (at least to me) product: antifreeze. They have 3 kinds but the catalog doesn't explain he differences. I phoned to have it explained to me. There was a wait so their autosystem called me back.. So far good. The woman who took my caller spoke poor English. I told her my question. She replied "Do you want to tal to someone?" I was out raged at that reply & said "No. I want to send Morse Code." Then I hungup. I emailed Tiffany who is my rep. I just sent the email & a man called me back. I do not know who the man is. I thought Tiffany was more than a rep ( owner). I now realize she is no very high up. The man said I was rude to his employee. I reversed that & said she was rude to me. Then the man hung up on me. I will close my account tomorrow. I gave Tiffany 24 hours to correct things,

Thank you for leaving your feedback, Alan, and thank you for your years of business. We apologize for the confusion that occurred when you called us. All of our Customer Service Representatives are native English speakers. Unfortunately, on the day you called we were experiencing issues with call quality that affected conversations intermittently throughout the day. Those issues caused some conversations to sound garbled, which may have led to the communication issues you faced. Tiffany, who you referenced, is not an AMSOIL employee. She is an independent Dealer. The person who called you back from AMSOIL INC. ended the call due to your repeated insults. We are more than happy to answer any questions you might have, but we do require civility from all callers. Our Technical Services team is available to answer questions about our coolants M-F 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Central at 715-399-TECH or [email protected].

Hi, Shae. We’re sorry we got off on the wrong foot. It sounds like this was a misunderstanding about shipping policies and our Customer Service team has worked with you to correct the situation. We apologize for the confusion and hope to hear from you again in the future.

Using your find vehicle products filter, you chose the wrong oil filter for me twice. I emailed customer service which apparently passed it onto tech service which was no help at all, just asked a bunch of questions which were answered in my original email. They didn't offer a refund, exchange or credit. Didn't even try to help find the correct filter for my vehicle. What a joke. I will not purchase another oil filter from Amsoil since you can't trust their site to find you the correct one. I already paid the $20 to be a preferred customer which is a waste of money! I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Hi, Roxy. We apologize for this experience. What you described is not acceptable at all. If you provide your contact information to [email protected], we’d like to contact you for details so we can investigate, improve and attempt to make this right.

Please dont put this thing in your car. Don't. And the standard and rude responses you will get from them on email should not accompany your payment. Use your money elsewhere. Don't believe all those youtube tests or paid for reviews on the Internet. Just stay away please.

2007 honda civic hybrid After changing my transmission fluid to AMSOIL CVT Fluid, I immediately experienced severe issues—slipping, unusual noises, and shaking. Concerned for my vehicle’s safety, I promptly drained your product and refilled it with genuine Honda CVT fluid. To my relief (but frustration), the problems disappeared entirely, confirming that the AMSOIL fluid was the cause. I trusted your product based on AMSOIL’s reputation for high-performance lubricants, but this experience has left me questioning its compatibility and quality control. At best, this was a waste of time and money; at worst, it could have led to catastrophic transmission failure. Also, I just noticed this trying to review the product and they don't let you. It's safe to say that all those reviews are biased/bought.
