I have used different types of compression sleeves and knee braces. This is providing a lot more support than the one I was using. I like the fact that the side supports are flexible unlike other braces. I even noticed that I jogged down the stairs the other day. I usually avoid the stairs. Great product!

This brace is much more supportive that th eone I bought previously. It seems to help but I agree that it kind of scrunches in the back.. I'm not sure how that could be remedied withut loosing the support so I'll deal with it. I recommeded it to my neice who also hurt her knee.

Well I’ve only worn it twice, received 2 a couple of days ago. So far it fits well an seems too help with the pain an stability. I worked at an orthopedic hospital for 20 years an fitted many patients with braces for various areas. This by far is one of the best knee braces I’ve seen. Just need a bit more time to try it out. I just started using it, and noticed today when it was not on. It definitely gives relief and I will start using it/ them routinely. Sometimes a bit "scrunched" at the back of the knee, but entirely tolerable

Only used a couple of times so far on a treadmill, and as yet have not experienced any knee pain where as before was getting some discomfort. I do agree though that fit could be better, found myself a couple of times having to stop to adjust position of Knee Support which is a bit annoying. Will see how it goes after more extensive use.

I would give this knee brace four and a half stars if I could. My knee starting hurting me this past spring from walking my German shepherd puppy because she kept pulling me. My kneecap would smart several times while walking her. My other knee was hurting from the inside and my kneecap aches as well from being in my feet all the time. Then I got a house with stairs with my bedroom on the 2nd floor which has made things worse. I am also a nurse and work 12 hour nights. It doesn’t hurt constantly, but takes my breath away every time it smarts. I haven’t been able to walk down the stairs without having sharp stabbing pains in my knee. My BMI is 23 and I was really worried that it would be too loose. It fits much tighter than I thought it would and feels really good when i wear it. My knee pain has pretty much stopped in the one week that I have had it. My only complaint is that I wish they had more sizes than just male and female. I wear small and extra small everything. The sleeve fits pretty snuggly and does help, but I do have to keep pulling it up when I walk a lot and the more I wear it, the more I have to keep pulling it up. I had bought a small/medium sleeve from a store and it didn’t even fit snug against my knee much less give me support. These are 10x better. I just wish they were a little smaller. They do fit well under my jeans and scrubs, though.

After many years of knee injuries and having a large collection of knee braces of many types. While I’m only a few weeks in to wearing the Amrelieve braces I’m sold. I like the fact they don’t move but stay in Position for the duration of my day, they feel supportive and during the colder days keep my knees comfortable. Nothing to loose give them a try 👍

I am very pleased with the "socks". Every night my feet cramp/freeze in place/turn to the side. I have been wearing the socks during sleep time and since I got them, I have not had any problem with my feet waking me up in the middle of the night. I have not had this kind of relief in years.
