hi i got 2 ultra knee supports from…
hi i got 2 ultra knee supports from this company after 103 days the supporting rods on the sides started to pock out the knee supports and hurt my legs . after calling the comp[any i was told the guarantee is for 90 day.s only and they could not help me. as for the benefits of these knee supports you can get the same quality much cheaper from amazon. don.t waste your money

Got mine yesterday as I suffer…
Got mine yesterday as I suffer occasional mild knee pain. Put it on for half an hour, then removed it as knee began hurting more. Knee was then in excruciating pain for the rest of the night. No idea if it was too tight and cut off blood flow or what, but I will never wear this item again. Waste of $100 :(

Very bad customer service
5/19/2022.Very bad customer service. Guy in Texas hung up on me when started asking questions. Don't know which end of the brace is top or bottom. Leaves ridges in skin when taken off. Only had it a week so can't say it works. You really need to work on customer service. Don't believe it will last long. Time will tell.Update.7/8/2022...They will probably delete my post as they are wanting more information as in my full name and phone number along with a reference number as if they don't believe I bought the knee brace. I will not give them all my information. I stand by my review and it has been 6 weeks since I got the brace. It helps some, but not comfortable and fits too tight. I do not wear it everyday due to not that comfortable.

Cheaply Made and Expensive …
Received the knee sleeve and it lasted for 2 weeks!!! I sewed the rod back in and it lasted 2 days. I spent $49. for a product that doesn't work... NEVER order online when a product pops up, more than likely it is a scam. If you want to order a product, check the reviews before ordering. Hope I saved someone their hard earned money!

DO NOT BUY! Faulty merchandize
DO NOT BUY! I ordered and quickly returned the "one size fits all" sleeves because they were defective. They fit like a tourniquet, and I turned product inside out to find a size, and they later admitted their were sizes. Most important I ordered an excellent similar sleeve at Amazon for 1/3 the price this company charged. They lied to me.
