I have bone on bone on my left knee. I have been doing a number of daily exercises and playing golf once per week. Some how I twisted my left knee and experience pain level 7. Once I received the product I was able to use it for a day and by the end of the day my pain level was reduced to about 1 on a scale of 1 to 10. Iwill definitely keep this knee support handy.
