So far, so good and my knees are much better.

I just received my AmRelieve! put it on for only a few minutes/it is awesome feeling comfortable, easy to put on! I do have bone on bone knee problem,my orthopedic dr. told me I would need surgery(when I can't do normal stuff I love to do/like golfing,traveling,dancing! I am looking forward to using it. if need to yes I will wear it when go to bed.!

They work well to control swelling, lessen pain and cramps at night

I got the socks to help with my circulation in my lower limbs. I am very happy with my purchase, ankles and feet are feeling better and it’s only been a week of wearing them.

They stabilize both knees so that I no longer need my cane! They tend to slip a little.

I was very skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but I will say they do seem to give me some relief. I’ve not worn them all day, but I did wear them to work for a 14 hr shift and not once did my knees hurt! In addition I read that people were having difficulty with them staying in place… If you look closely at how they are made, You’ll see that one opening of the sleeve has a rubberized seem on the inside that if you ensure that that side is above your knee, they will hold through the day. Now with that said, I understand that 1 size doesn’t fit all. I’m sure if your thighs are extremely small or extremely large, you might have an issue with them staying in place. I’m 5’10” and 205lbs. The tag on the inside of my sleeves say XL. Not sure what the ladies size is, but it might be a medium? That would be information to have when ordering.

I bought them for my family so far they haven’t say anything to me but I assume this are of good quality and they should work well but I will have to wait and hear from them to have a better idea
