This company from start to finish was very transparent and helpful. Understanding expectations and taking their advice is key to success. I trusted in their opinions and advice and my campaign was very successful. Reading other reviews it is very clear that they did not communicate properly with Ampifi’s team nor understand their own demographic. I would highly recommend this company for any influencer based marketing campaign from start to finish.

In April 2026 I signed up for Ampifi's 6-month "Autopilot Growth Plan" and paid $3,850 upfront. The agreement clearly obligated them to handle influencer sourcing, matching, AI-personalized outreach, outbound contact, and inbox management for my two e-commerce brands. The core service — the outreach itself — was never delivered. Here's how it actually went. After I paid, their team sent over influencer matches and told me in writing that once I approved them, they'd "begin contacting them ASAP." I approved the same day and asked what outreach script they'd use. Their reply: they'd "get the script sent over shortly and then start sending messages out." No script was ever sent. Not a single outreach message went out for either brand. I followed up repeatedly — including explicit written direction on which platform to start with, plus three separate follow-up emails over the following week. Nothing. The dashboard for one brand showed zero activity across every metric. The only "sends" that ever appeared on the other brand were two demo messages to celebrity placeholder accounts — literally Katy Perry and Neymar — not a single one of my approved influencers was ever contacted. After roughly 2–3 weeks of total non-performance, I sent a formal request for a full refund within 7 days. When that went nowhere, I filed a chargeback with my bank for services not provided, backed by their own emails and the zero-activity dashboards. If you're considering Ampifi: get everything in writing, do not pay months upfront, and understand that in my experience they took the payment and delivered none of the contracted outreach. Posting this so other founders don't lose the time and money I did.
