Ordered the print of our wedding song, Unfortunately sometimes things get damaged in the shipping process. Made a quick claim and with in a week a new print arrived in perfect condition. My wife was extremely pleased with the print and we proudly have it on our wall. Definitely would do business with a company like this that stands behind the product.

The customer service representative was pleasant and easy to work with. We had a particular song lyric that we wanted to use and they allowed us to share the lyrics with them. This is an anniversary gift for our daughter and son in law, we will be giving it to them in a couple of days, and I am sure they will love it just as much as we do.

The customer service that I received during the ordering process was excellent gave this to my wife (early) for Mother's Day! - She loved it so much that when I came home from work yesterday, she had already hung it up!

From start to finish I never had a question about anything as Kristie was fully engaged throughout the entire process. The site was very easy to use and the canvas that I received looked absolutely amazing! My anniversary isn’t for a couple of days but I could t wait to give my wife her present. The look of sheer happiness and enjoyment when she took it out of the box was priceless. She even teared up a little bit after seeing the song that I had chosen.
