I had an excellent experience with amourprints! I ordered a print for my son and daughter in law's 1st wedding anniversary on June 4th. The song on the print was their 1st dance as husband and wife. After I submitted the order, I had a prototype to review within 2 days. I especially loved the personal touch of an email that confirmed the company's receipt of my order -- Kirstie personally responded to me, and we exchanged a few emails over a couple days. That's a really great customer service interaction that made me feel special! My son sent me a picture of the print (we don't live in the same state), and my daughter in law texted me with a teary eyed smiley face, telling me the gift was so thoughtful.
