The entire process was seamless! I placed the order in enough time to arrive for our anniversary, selected the size I preferred, provided our names, anniversary date, and song. The next day I received an email to proof my order and when I found an error, it was immediately corrected! I quickly received answers to any questions I had and my order arrived on time!
