What a joke. Same experience as other purchaser. Communication is poor. Says shipped and provided tracking # but shipper company has yet to receive it. They have not responded since I said I was asking for a refund because the GUARANTEED delivery before christmas has come and gone. Had my bank refund me and they are handling it. AWFUL

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I made a purchase Dec 11,2022 was sent a proof on Dec 13,2022. Then it was sent to production. I was told it was shipped then no it was in production, this happened at least 3 times. They gave me a UPS tracking number and UPS to this day says to contact the sender to drop off or get it picked up, UPS has not received the package. I called several times, which was the same it was shipped and promised it would be delivered by Christmas. I have about 40 emails of communication from which some of the replies made no sense because they didn’t have anything to do with my situation. So customer service is a joke. None of them are on the same page. Today is December 23,2022 and still no progress. UPS doesn’t have the package. The most frustrating part is the miscommunication and deception I’ve been through and to top it off I don’t have a gift for my husband.

Placed an order yesterday (8/24) and delivery stated by 8/31. Now being told PRODUCTION is 7-14 business days then it shipped. Just another Bait and Switch company. MAYBE a decent product but if they lie about the delivery date right away, then they should be avoided.

Customer service is absolutely awful. I did not like the proof of the image sent. Which was very expensive. When I asked for a refund, they sent me email after email after email of anything and everything except giving me a refund. I am still going back and forth through email with them with no luck. And their music notes aren’t even the correct notes for your song. It’s all the same notes for every photo! If I could give zero stars I would.

After I placed my order the money was quickly taken out of my account. The timeline for just getting the proof had come and gone. When I asked when I would receive the proof the answer was “ the next day”. Since then I have nothing , a week later I get the same computer generated response “ our editors are working on your order “. I have asked 3 times that money be refunded and each time I get the same answer. I have tried to call but their lines are either disconnected or they just refuse to pick up. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY 1

I wish I could post photos. My husband provided this company our favorite wedding photo to put on canvas and frame. What we got were a picture of two strangers who didn’t even have the same color hair, style, clothing, or pose on a plain white canvas glued crookedly into a frame. This is after numerous emails attempting to get them closer to the original picture provided. The hideousness of the “art” they mailed us cannot be described. There was no attempt in any way to deliver anything close to the example provided and if they couldn’t do it, they did not communicate this.
