Achat d'un bracelet en cordon pour le Noël de mon chéri et je n'ose même pas lui offrir, tellement la qualité du cordon est bas de gamme et désagréable au toucher. Livraison longue. De plus l'image est pas très nette, tout ça au prix de 30€. J'aurais pu offrir un cadeau de bijouterie à ce prix là. J'attends toujours une réponse du service client...

I ordered 2 necklaces for me and my girlfriend. They came out amazing and just as seen in their videos. Customer service was amazing from start to finish always took good care of everything. Regarding some other reviews: it seems that some people do not know what plated jewelry is or they don't even read what they are ordering. Just get items out of their stainless steel collection. They are super high quality and will not rust or loose color. Thanks Amoremi

Ordinato un braccialetto. L'immagine all'interno della pietra è fatta bene, peccato per la qualità complessiva del braccialetto. Si è rotto dopo 1 ora di utilizzo: la pietra è saldata al resto del braccialetto in modo totalmente inadeguato, e al primo utilizzo si stacca inevitabilmente, rischiando anche di perderlo senza accorgersene. Non so se lo stesso problema si ha anche con le collane, ma i braccialetti evitateli, buttate i soldi (non pochi!). Anche portato dall'orefice per provare a farlo riparare, ma è stato impossibile, la qualità dei materiali è troppo bassa affinché possa tenere. Considerato il prezzo, non lo riacquisterei mai.

Nice concept, I received mine this week but it’s so cheap and tacky.. not sterling silver so very surprised by the price… when I emailed them I was hit with the WORST “customer service” I ever received… shocked and disappointed is an understatement! You will notice there is no where to leave a review and a lot of angry faces on the reactions of the posts…
