I just received the necklace I ordered for my mom and to be honest at first I couldn't see and image inside. I wrote a bad review ( I have since removed). The CS rep sent several emails back and forth with me and explained you need to hold it very,VERY close to your eye to see anytime and finally. We got it. I appreciate the personal customer service ( it's VERY rare these days). The necklace is nice but very light and delicate. I would recommend getting something that is a little more durable. However that being said. I know my mom is going to love this. It is definitely a way to keep your loved ones close. Thanks again Amoremi for the FANTASTIC customer service.

I had a great experience ordering from Amoremi .. it was such an easy process to choose a product, upload a picture and order online on their website. I received the product within 3 weeks of ordering, it was very fast and got it way before Christmas which was even better! I reached out to ask about the shipping and tracking and they responded to my email within a couple hours and gave me a link to track the delivery which worked great and my product arrived a day later :-) The necklace is such great quality and is nice and thick and a great length. The cross is beautiful and the picture inside is even more special. I will definitely recommend this company and their products to everyone. I received mine yesterday it's perfect and i love it.

I received my order in reasonable time, the product was excellent and I got really excited. Also, when I had a problem with the tracking they were very helpful and their response was immediate.
