Amore di MonaReviews of amoredimona.com

Thank you for getting my order out so promptly really appreciated you communicating with me as well. Granddaughter got her Easter Chocolates on time!! Always such a challenge to get special treats out with allergies and it’s always reassuring when we can count on your prompt services and delicious products to arrive on time.

Outstanding! Excellent taste, texture and presentation. Many can make good chocolates. But, after sampling the first order, rest assured, my future orders will only be with Amore di Mona because I trust their quality products are free of ALL the allergens of concern to me.

Amazingly fast shipping, I ordered for my gf and df daughter with no expectation they would be delivered by Valentine’s Day. So surprised to get a call thanking me that day. She loves each one of the flavors. Thanks for making this timely and delicious gift possible!

My family and I are really enjoying the chocolate treats offered. My toddler daughter has severe dairy, egg and tree nut allergies. These chocolates have been a wonderful gift idea for those wanting to buy her something special.

The box was late despite paying for express shipping and unfortunately it was hands down the worst vegan chocolate I’ve ever had. Cardboard-y, just bad.

I was shorted 2 items I needed for Valentines Day. And although I received the missing items it was too late as they arrived after Valentine’s Day. Since I have 3 children I had to go out and buy 3 different items for them to get on Valentines Day. Very disappointing especially because the only reason I tried this company was the excellent review in the NY Times.

The package was slow to arrive, I received this request for a review days ahead of the package. The package was inadequately packaged. I am glad that I had the opportunity to examine it before giving it. The outside ribbon was very smashed and I was able to refresh it with some work. I opened the package, and the chocolates were all askew and some were broken. I was able to rearrange them for the most part. Overall I was expecting something better especially after reading about your company in the New York Times.

I placed an order on 02/04/24 that was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days with the delivery payment I paid. The order was not even packaged by Amore di Mona until 02/10/24 after I called them and left them a voice message which only goes to a general mailbox or to three people who work there. This business is way too small and unapologetic about its errors to customers. I told them to cancel my order and went with a different company. My order should have arrived well before Valentine's Day on 04/14/24. They just don't have their act together and it shows.
