Customer service stopped responding to the badly printed blankets i received and refuse to refund or replace. They also blamed me for the turnout of pics saying the ones i uploaded were very poor quality when i choose options that were on there site now im out 240 with some really poor quality blankets that have what looks like mesh net all over in the printing

We’ve carefully reviewed the photos of the blankets you received, and our team has confirmed that the prints are clear, vibrant, and meet the standards outlined on our site. We understand that you may not be fully satisfied with the result, but based on our assessment, the blankets were printed as expected. Printed blankets can't look exactly like the physical cards. As such, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement in this case.
