I was surprisingly impressed with the quality of the plushy blanket with the customization I requested. Since I was ordering online from a company I never heard of, I was a bit skeptical. Although it didn't arrive super quickly since I live in Hawaii, I was impressed I received email updated on the completion of the order and shipment date. Your company provided high quality product and is trustworthy.

Easy to order. The blanket arrived quickly and was as expected. Great quality. Beautiful item. The personalization is a nice feature. The recipient loved the item.

I bought 4 separate blankets for college graduates, all different schools. They turned out fantastic! The company was great to work with, with several emails and clarifications going back and forth until it was perfect. I will make this my go-to gift for graduates!

What I received was not what I purchased and when I placed a review after the company asked me to I acquired a sarcastic response stating I ordered a duvet set. NO! I ordered what was listed on the description of the order “Quilted 3 piece bed set” … No option to select duvet or quilt or I would have selected quilt which is what I thought was being ordered. The duvet set was so-so but disappointing when not what you expected. Period!

this is a very terrible business. I ordered a custom blanket for my son, they send me a tracking number. after a week I check tracking is say in transit. I kept checking for the next two weeks, still in transit. I contact them, they sent me a message that my address was in correct, I should contact the shipping company. I contacted the shipping company, they reply to me that my item has been considered abandon. I get back to Amor gifts, they said it is my fault, that I entered a wrong address, looking at the address it was incorrect missing street number. I have never in my life entered my address wrongly, nevertheless there is always a first time for everything. assuming that I actually entered an incomplete address why I said it is a terrible business: they collect my contact information both phone number and email. address is incorrect, no one contact me to say verify and correct your address both Amor gifts and the shipping company, no one contact me. How will I know that the address is incorrect? secondly, how will a shipping company create a shipping label with an incomplete address, thirdly, why will the shipping company posted on their tracking that an item is in transit while they never shipped the Item, and lastly which shipping company declares customers items just within 3 weeks abandon without contacting the customer When I presented all these analysis to Amore gifts after multiple back and forth emails in which they refused to resolve the issue, I told them that I will take it to every media outlet, they threatened me on the legality of defamation without evidence. and their last response was "STUPID" I have never in my life deal with a business that is so rude to customer like Amor gift Please save yourself the stress, I will never recommend this business to anyone

Customer Service was just beyond exceptional! And shipping was incredibly fast, arrived before a holiday when I wasn’t even expecting it too! Quality and realism is hands down the best! Thank you, thank you!
