The items never arrived as they were shipped to the wrong state and I’ve gotten no communication or responses.
Response from AmolenMay 5, 2026
We are sincerely sorry for this highly frustrating experience. Having your package shipped to the wrong state is unacceptable, and failing to respond to your inquiries falls far below the standard of customer service we strive to provide. We sincerely apologize for letting you down on both fronts. Please reach out directly to [email protected] with your order number and mention this review. Our management team will personally look into this communication breakdown to ensure it doesn't happen again, and we will immediately arrange an expedited replacement or a full refund for you—whichever you prefer. We are committed to making this right. Amolen Support Team
