I only received one roll of the two that I ordered. And haven't heard anything as to why or when the second roll of filament will ship.

I would have given 5 stars only because I love using your filament, yet when placing this order it said it would arrive on the 28th to the 30th of June and it still has not arrived. I really wanted to use it for some 250 USA things for the family. I’m also disappointed in the tracking information. It should have showed some movement by now.

You haven shipped the order yet. It doesn't even look like you have done anything with the order other then take my money. Im getting tempted to cancel the order even though I want to try out your filament. Maybe throw in some other filament or make these larger sizes since I'm kind of stressed out about this order looking like its failing.

This filament is difficult to work with. The AMS kept jamming and could not find a setting that would work. I tried PLA, PLA Glow and one other and could not get a satisfactory print. It may be me. This is my 2nd order for glow in the dark filament and will most likely not order glow in the dark again. I can never get a good print

We understand how frustrating it is when you can’t find the right settings, especially with specialty materials like Glow in the Dark. Glow filaments contain additive particles that make them slightly more abrasive and textured than standard PLA, which can sometimes be tricky for the AMS system. I order several reels of filament and have tried 3 of them and they all have filament stuck under another piece of filament and it jams up and the print is ruined. I am unhappy with it. I was excited for the three colors, but the colors need to be more integrated with each other.
