I placed Order #263196 with Ammunition1.Direct on June 4, 2026, and my credit card was charged the full order amount of $113.86. As of July 1, 2026, I have received no shipment, no tracking information, and no update of any kind. I have followed up multiple times by email on June 20, June 23, June 25, and July 1 asking for a ship date or status update. I have not received any response explaining the delay or confirming when the order will be fulfilled. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but taking payment and then providing no update for nearly a month is unacceptable. At this point, I am requesting that Ammunition1.Direct either ship Order #263196 immediately with tracking or cancel the order and issue a full refund. I will update this review if the company resolves the issue, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend ordering from Ammunition1.Direct.

I don’t even know where to start with how disappointing this experience has been with ammunition1.direct. I initially ordered 11 boxes of 9mm, 4 boxes of 40SW, 3 boxes of 380acp, and 1 box of 357. Customer service reached out to inform me that they were out of the 380 and 357, so they refunded me for those boxes and said they would ship the 11 boxes of 9mm and 4 boxes of 40SW. No harm, no foul. To my shock, what was delivered to my FFL was merely 9 completely obliterated boxes of 9mm. My FFL was even shocked and had never saw anything like it. They could only tell there were 9 boxes by counting the plastic retainers that come in them. What was also included was an invoice from “Crow Industries,” I guess some sort of 3rd party that ammunition1 contracted out to. Crucially, since I was not provided any update with the new invoice after the cancelled 357 and 380 ACP, and with the amount of ammo delivered being different than what was on the included invoice, I couldn’t even take the ammo from my FFL if I wanted to, because they need to see an accurate invoice in order to release it to me (I live in California). I tried for weeks to no avail to get this solved with ammunition1, sent multiple emails to them, and called them many times. They have completely ghosted me. I really wanted to like this company because of their prices and “alleged” availability. However, I will never shop with them again, and I recommend you don’t take this risk either.

I am very disappointed. I placed an order on December 12, 2025 and still have not received it. No one answers the phone to follow up concerning my order. Has anyone else had this problem?
