Great company ammo came fast

5 Stars! First time ordering. Easiest best on-line ordering ever. No one here in my city had 38 S. Widest selection I've ever seen. Reasonable price, excellent delivery as promised. I think UPS chewed up the box but I didn't loose anything I ordered. I will order again and try FedEx which is basically same shipping price. Very happy!

I tried making an order on-line but was having trouble paying my bill. My log in info was not excepted. More that once I tried. Even pressed the reset password button and changed my password to what i thought it was to begin with.. Still wouldn't let me in. I dug around till I found the Customer Service number. A lady answered the call and I was being a grumpy old man but she never lost her composure at all. She was being so nice and accommodating. She walked me through restoring my account and took my order herself to make sure i didnt have anymore problems. Stellar service!

Recently purchased some ammo, my first time buying from AMMO. I must say the prices were very competitive. The online process was incredibly easy and quick!! Just placed the order so still waiting on it to arrive. So far couldn't ask for anything better!! Will definitely spend more money with these folks in the future for sure!! A great experience!!

After a mishap of under filling my order I contacted customer support. Not only were they polite and professional, but the young lady I spoke to walked me through the entire process of how to alert Ammo.com and initiate a claim to make it right. The entire process took only three days from contact to delivery of the product that was short on the original order. Mistakes happen, the difference is how it is handled. Ammo.co could not have handled it better or more professionally. Thank you again!
