Tried to order online, company refused to accept a retired military ID as proof of age. This is the utmost disgraceful and disrespective policy a company in the United States of America could have! You only have the right to sell your product because of the millions of real Americans like me. Self deport, please!

EVERYTHING IS CONTRACTED OUT TO NON PROFESSIONALS WHO WILL WORK FOR THE LEAST AMOUNT OF MONEY. READ THE REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE WHO, AFTER THEY PAID AND THEIR ITEMS WERE PICKED UP, WERE ASKED FOR MORE MONEY. SOME HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THEIR CONTAINER. Terrible customer service and a convoluted process for purchasing ammunition. I provided all the necessary information for my order, but I was misled about the entire procedure. I had to make multiple calls to resolve an issue, only to be informed that I needed to cancel my order after they had already charged my account on the same day. When problems arise on their end, they shift the blame onto the customer. They even went so far as to blame my state, inaccurately labeling it as a liberal area, when in reality, we are quite supportive of gun rights.

Sold Green Tip and I can't shoot these. Nowhere in the description does it same Green Tip. $540 down the drain. Immediatly called and they said no refunds, returns or exchanges on Ammo. IT DOES NOT SAY THIS ON THEIR WEBSITE. In fact says if ammo is damaged they will exchange it. AmmoSeek.com was cheaper. I bought 1,000 rounds of .45 ACP last time and had no issues.

I am more than pleased with the service I received . I found it very easy to deal with this business I had questions about applying the tax exemption and veteran discounts . I was able to talk to a live person over the phone without any of that annoying automated nonsense a very helpful gentleman answered all my questions to my satisfaction and made it easy for me to apply my tax exemptions and receive that discount . I received my shipment two days after placing my order . I will continue to do business for this company and would recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase ammunition .

I buy ammo from them time to time. Never had any problems from them. Everthing gets to me in a timely manner. I will continue to use them.

I mistakenly ordered 840 rounds of 7.62 by 39 instead of the 7.62 by 51 which I intended. I called the company on how to return the order. He stated that they don't do returns only exchanges. When I told him what I needed to exchange for the rounds that I needed, he said that they would NOT exchange these rounds! I was stuck with them! ($500 of junk unless I spend $1,600 on a rifle to use them) So much for the exchange policy! I will NEVER do business with this company again. I've also warned all of my gun enthusiast friends as well and told them to pass it along... BUYER BEWARE!

We ordered online, and when our order came in they sent us the wrong ammo, when we called them they refused to send us the right ammo said we are stuck with what they sent. Don't buy and get screwed like we did
