Trail Gathering Spots
The Johnson Lake Trail Committee is working on completing a 10 mile Hike and Bike Trail that will encircle the lake. So far we have assembled two of the 10-foot Amish Country Gazebo kits along the trail. The gazebos are located on high spots with a view that looks out over the lake. They have become rest stops for those using the trail and gathering spots for quiet conversation. In our application the gazebos are open to the public. They were easy to put up, look great, have withstood Nebraska's summer storms and winter blizzards, and have taken the wear and tear of public use. We plan to add two more gazebos as we complete the trail around the lake. You can be assured they will be from Amish Country Gazebo!
