Cake didn’t dissolve
Vial I got would not properly reconstitute and had significant precipitate after inverting and letting it rest for 30 minutes. Customer service stated “Once a product has been reconstituted, we're not able to verify the cause on our end.…” But how else do you know if it’s bad or not if not reconstructed??? There are so many other peptide companies so I recommend you use another.

Hi Simon, We apologize for the vial ending up with that much precipitate after letting it rest. That's not what you should be seeing, and we understand the frustration. You also make a fair point. There's no way to judge how a vial reconstitutes without reconstituting it, so that response wasn't a satisfying one to get, and we get why it rubbed you the wrong way.
