I have ordered several times and I wanted to try something new. I bought the nasal spray and it shipped fast as usual. When I received my order my package was wet from the inside. Well my nasal spray leaked!!! Without hesitation the company offered to replace my item or refund my money. I was so happy with this outcome!! Definitely my go to on ordering peptides!!!

I have purchased from this company now 3 times. The first time my product had extremely delayed shipping despite qualifying for “2 day shipping” as it stated on my order. Second vial arrived with no issues. My third vial arrived in damaged packaging with the purple cap detached from the vial. I reported this as there is no way to verify that the product has remained sterile in transport. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue, I provided proof, they are instead arguing that the cap is supposed to come off and the vial is in fact stable - like they have any idea of what could have contaminated it during the shipping process or they can verify that the rubber stopper wasn’t removed and replaced once it left their facility. I do not trust this company to be reputable any longer and their customer service to paying customers speaks volumes. There are other peptide companies out there, time to give them a try. Edit I would like to share how they speak to their customers- mind you I never requested a replacement I only reported the damaged item. “We've reviewed the photos twice now and the answer hasn't changed. The inner seal on the vial is intact, so the product itself is unaffected. The cap and the outer box are there to absorb impact in transit, and that's exactly what they did. There's no replacement on this order. That's our final answer on it.” Beyond unprofessional.
