Talked into a new website. Ten months later, nothing usable
We originally contacted Aminafy for help getting found on Google. Instead, Sean, the owner, talked us into paying for a brand-new website. After nearly 10 months of repeated calls explaining our urgency and growing frustration, and after hearing excuse after excuse, Sean finally said the site was ready. We actually liked the design, but it did not work and was not usable. He then quickly put together a basic, template-style site in a matter of hours that was clearly rushed and far below what we had paid for or been promised. When I told him I felt scammed and requested a full refund, there was no apology. After continued calls and texts, we finally received the refund two months later. Communication was frequent, but execution and accountability were not. I would not recommend using this company.
