Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all reviews seriously, though we respectfully disagree with the claims made here. We worked with this client's husband for over four months, during which we built two fully functional websites — both of which are still live and accessible today. Which we can share with any future prospective clients to verify. Our engagement included extensive SEO work, domain registration, Google Business Profile setup, logo design, and ongoing support across 41 recorded phone calls. To provide some context on what actually occurred: This client came to us after being let down by multiple previous developers. We took on his project, worked weekends and holidays, and provided significant services at no charge — including calling GoDaddy on his behalf to dispute over $4,000 in charges, helping port his business phone number at an AT&T store in person, providing consultant referrals, and designing logos at no cost. Throughout our engagement, the client expressed deep satisfaction on recorded calls and even proactively called us asking to be invoiced so he could pay us more. The situation changed when the client removed our access from his GoDaddy account without notice and began demanding "passwords" via text — accusing us of hacking and fraud after we were notified by a automated email by Godaddy of our access being removed and reached out to the client about it wondering if someone on his account removed us by accident as ongoing work was still occurring requiring it’s access. We explained repeatedly that his websites were built on our development platform workspace that housed hundreds of websites and needed to be transferred (not "password shared"), and we asked him to call us six separate times so we could walk him through the process. He refused every call. Despite this, we immediately created a dedicated account for him to make things easier, transferred both websites, and sent him the login credentials that same day. We also offered a partial refund to resolve things professionally. He declined the refund and instead was highly offensive and used derogatory language with our team which resulted in us seizing communication only after ensuring he had what he needed to move forward. To address the specific claims in this review: • No website was ever "stolen." Both websites were transferred to the client the same day access was requested. He has had full control since March 8, 2026. • All work was completed as agreed. The client reviewed deliverables, provided specific revision feedback (which we implemented), and approved the final product in writing — texting us "That's great, publish it." • The claim that we "don't do what you asked them to do" is contradicted by four months of recorded calls, emails, and text messages documenting active collaboration, approval, and the client's own words: "I trust you. Do it." For any prospective clients reading this: transparency and client ownership are core to how we operate. We never hold websites hostage. We record all client calls for mutual protection, we use credit card invoicing so clients always have merchant rights, and we transfer full ownership of all work product. We're proud of the work we do and stand behind every project. We understand that transitions can be stressful, and we hold no ill will. Our recorded calls, written approvals, and delivered work speak for themselves. We wish this client and their family the best.
