Easy to use but unreliable service
Ordering an Amigo phone is as easy as promised and all went well until I tried to use it. Perhaps it's Argentina or perhaps it's the phone but only with two separate phones could I be sure of completing a phone call. I have known Amigo to be reliable in Israel and perhaps I got a bad phone but it was not a satisfactory experience.

I reviewed your account. I do see the notes regarding trouble you had with one of your phones. I see the Blackberry you rented worked without issue, but the standard phone presented some challenge. I do see you spoke with someone and 12/2 and we issued a credit for the full rental fees on that particular phone on 12/4. While we endeavor to ensure every phone that goes out works 100%, unfortunately technical issues do come up and in those cases when notified we will do everything in our power to correct it in the fastest possible time. Again, i Do apologize for the trouble and appreciate the feedback.
