This company pays for fake reviews and doesn’t allow any negative reviews to stay on any platform. All of their reviews are fake. I had a very bad experience with them. I usually don’t write reviews, but after seeing their ratings, I hired them now I realize all those ratings are fake. One off their worker, Kendry, was extremely rude. Instead of working on time, he kept smoking. They broke the sides of all my furniture, and because of them, my walls are also damaged. I will file a complaint against them with U.S. authorities. All their ratings are fake. The owner is a crazy woman she keeps insisting she’s right for no reason and doesn’t believe anything anyone says. She argued a lot with me. These people are scammers.

Moving with AMEX MOVING & STORAGE was an amazing experience! The movers were amiable. The movers packed my belongings properly, especially the breakables, and arrived on time on the day of the move.

I chose AMEX Moving & Storage because their quote seemed reasonable, but I was hit with so many hidden fees that the final cost was nearly double what I expected.

I've never worked with a moving company in NY that would be better than AMEX MOVING & STORAGE. The staff is friendly, helpful, and nice. They were on time and very efficient throughout the whole moving process. If I ever need to move again, I know who to call.

I was speechless with how superbly Kendry and the crew handled my pool table. They paid great attention while packing and secured it with padding, thick cloth and blanket from every corner. They even carried it carefully down the stairs. I received it unscratched. Relieved to have finally found reliable movers!
