The phone was answered by an extremely pleasant, professional and well-informed woman who ended up selling me hose in two different sizes so that I may keep the one that fit best and return the other - - at no obligation, other than that I do so within thirty days. Without my prompting, she then applied a discount code so that my total purchase price was reduced. Overall, I spent just slightly more for two pair then I would have for one pair any where else. Additionally, the Ames Walker product seems to be of great quality. So much better than if I had just gone to a drugstore or random website online. To top it off, shipping was free! I was so impressed by the fast, knowledgable, caring, service I received. Based on the one experience I had with his company, it would be my opinion that anyone needing any products from Ames Walker is in good hands.
