ShopColdPlungeAbout ShopColdPlunge
Shop Cold Plunge is a veteran-owned wellness company dedicated to helping people feel better, recover faster, and live longer, higher-quality lives at home. We believe recovery is a daily commitment, not a trend — and we build our entire business around that principle, curating tools that support clarity, resilience, and long-term health rather than quick fixes. We offer a full range of premium, evidence-backed recovery equipment including cold plunge tubs, infrared saunas, outdoor saunas, massage chairs, and contrast therapy setups. Our cold plunge lineup features the Orivon Frost series — precision-chilled immersion tubs designed for serious home recovery. Our sauna collection includes the Lumin infrared sauna series in 1, 2, and 3-person configurations, WizziSaunas mini saunas in Hemlock and Red Cedar, and luxury outdoor cedar builds like the Auris Two. We also carry 4D massage chairs such as the Floridian Brand Rebel for deep tissue and full-body recovery. Every product is hand-selected based on safety, durability, and alignment with evidence-based health benefits — spanning cardiovascular health, stress reduction, sleep quality, muscle recovery, pain relief, and healthy aging.Beyond products, Shop Cold Plunge offers a free Health Benefits Research Library — a curated, peer-reviewed resource that backs every wellness claim on our site with published clinical studies and systematic reviews. The library covers cold water immersion, infrared sauna therapy, contrast therapy, percussive massage, and mindfulness, giving customers the knowledge to build recovery routines that are grounded in science, not guesswork. As a veteran-owned business, we operate with integrity, service, and follow-through at the core of everything we do.
