Product delivery was delayed per the USPS. Delivery was within 4 day window, barely. Need date was AM of 5th; arrived late PM of 4th day. Work order stated :"NO USPS" but sent by "PRIORITY MAIL" via USPS. Will not order again!, try someone else.

Product is great, but it took almost two weeks to arrive. With Amazon Prime I get stuff the next day, or within 2 days. You guys seriously need to up your shipping game or the world will pass you by. Next time I'm ordering from somebody else.

I have been ordering from Ames Walker for years without any problems. This recent order went poorly. Initially, I returned 9 sets of compression hose and asked for a higher compression level. Ames Walker reshipped but sent the wrong size. When I called them about it, they were very defensive, saying I had changed the size. They sent me a free shipping return label by email. Little did I know it would take almost 2 weeks for them to get the return and then another 3 days to get the correct items. I had to call several times. I asked if they could just resend the correct items while waiting for the return. I could only do this if I paid for another order ($160.00 each time!). I would have expected them to 1. Advise me their return label would mean a 2 week transit time from Ohio to NC 2. Shipped out the proper items while waiting for the return 3. Have accepted more responsibility for sending the incorrect size. This experience has caused me to change my purchasing habits and consider alternatives.

I received my product- I sent it back unopened 2 weeks ago, and I have not received confirmation, the item I exchanged for, or reimbursement.

On March 15th I returned a pair of leg sleeves and I am yet to receive a credit. Everytime I call I am promised a call back after they ckeck wheather or not they have received the package but never call me back. Poor customer service.will never buy from them again and I will file a complain today with the BBB and my credit crad.
