Representative Daphne who handled my order did a great job of explaining the initial order and then she was great about answering questions on the follow-up. She had been available with just a phone call and she is always very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive! I am very please with the products I received with the Home Conversion Pack. I am looking forward to ordering from Ameriswitch instead of spending $$$ at the big box stores!

I was scared at first to actually 'connect'/'chat' with someone but once I connected it was really cool to talk to someone on the phone. It was honest, pure and very informative for me. So many things out there that just send you a link and you have no idea where the products are from. LOVE that they're USA MADE and such GREAT people! The products I received are ON POINT - superior!!! So glad I switched and will NEVER go back!

I loved that it was old fashioned customer service when they called me to set an appointment. They explained all the great benefits and how to save money. I really love the trusted toxic free products. My husband was just finishing chemo treatments and I was looking for safe products for him and our home. He started on the supplements and in months regained his immunity to his oncologist surprise. Love this company!

I saw the Ameriswitch video on FB and liked the idea on buying American made products that weren’t linked to the big conglomerates. And the biggest part is that they are all chemical free. Having peace of mind about not only what goes in our bodies, but also what is around us in cleaning products for everything. What seeps into our skin, what we breathe in, etc. after watching the video, I spoke to a rep about trying out the products and deciding to make the switch. I spoke to Karen and she was great. We receive our package and it was put together very nicely. We have almost tried everything in our box and so far I have loved everything. I did order the herbal deodorant to try as well, and unfortunate i cant use it. I am allergic. But I plan on trying a different one soon. All in all it was a great experience and I look forward to buying products from Melaleuca.

The kindness of the presenter. I knew about the poisons being put in all our products. And knew of how the shopping worked( a little). Getting to know our presenter and hearing their first hand experiences helped make a solid decision.
