Meg was informative and helpful. It would be great if it didn't have yo be a subscription type deal. But the products so far have been nice.

So far, the experience of understanding and trying Switch Away has been positive. Freida has been able to answer most of the questions I have, and she is helping to guide me through what might fit me the best. She seems available, accessible, and trustworthy.

A lot of items in the initial box I do not use. I've been ridding my home of toxic chemicals for years. Even though your products are non-toxic, I still do not use anymore. So far we tried the coffee and it is AMAZINGLY delicious. And, one of the snacks was very good. Ill try the other products since I paid for them or maybe gift to friends.

I had trouble submitting an online order order, so we called. Unfortunately, the pump for the lotions was not on the order. So I had to resubmit that. It came quickly. Just a little frustrating. Other than that, it was good.

All in all it was Good The shipping was fast and the selection was great!! Pricing was a bit higher than locally, but it's all good
