Talking to an actual, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly person.

It was helpful to speak to a salesperson who took the time to walk me through the website, answer questions, and permit me to continue the contact.

Shopping this way was such a great experience! I was able to have an actual conversation with someone and get all of my questions about the store, products and benefits to me as a customer. Saving money on safer and less expensive made in USA goods for my family and home was a win! Got my first box delivered within a couple days and was so excited to open everything and try it out! We are happy with our switch and not going back to those dirty toxic store bought products ever again!

I am a new member, just signed up yesterday. I gave a 3 only becuase I am new to the experience and have not gotten my order yet. Maximo was great in explaining the program. So time will tell

Common sense solutions it's a big box store in conglomerate corporations

It's wonderful to have a personal shopping assistant whenever you have questions about a product. Very informative and helpful.

knowledgeable conversation, explained company and product clearly, honest and direct, walked you through everything to the end

The individual that helped me through the online experience was excellent. She really knew the products and how they worked as well as the testimonies of other individuals. She made the whole experience pleasant. As well as reassuring should I have any difficulties or questions. Products I am very happy with. So far so good. I'm excited about continuing to try each one. The quality is excellent so far.
