I have canceled service with your company due to unsatisfactory service. And today when the service guy came out to pick up the tank, I was given a receipt for the tank and a charge of $149.99 for pick up charge(of your own equipment and I was not charged a delivery fee when the tank was brought out over 20 years ago thru Kallam Oil/Propane). And then a service dispatch fee of $69.99 just for you to come out. THis is insane and was told to call and complain about this from your service guy. Called and talked with some lady who had trouble speaking english(this is twice that I have had that problem). advised that I was not going to be paying this. and she still stated that the service dispatch fee would have to be paid or will turn me into the credit bureau. Go ahead and will have my attorney give you a call.

Worst experience ever with a service. We were charged $1500 for propane that was never delivered. Trying to get someone on the phone that can actually help is impossible. I had to ask them to change the account multiple times because the previous person never did what they said they did. Then they charged me $175 to check for leaks on the tank that they own and ordered 400 gallons of propane without my permission.

Do not use this company!! We were with AmeriGas formerly Synergy for over 40 years and I have nothing positive to say about this company. We moved from our former home at the beginning of September, prior to that I let AmeriGas know that we needed their propane tank picked up. I was told that we would be charged for tank removal. This is ridiculous given the fact that they never maintained the tank and their prices were higher than all other companies around. However if you rent their tank you have to purchase from them. They profited from us far too much over the years. I was told on 10/1/21 that the tank would be removed in 3-5 business days. Now after 12 days, 43 total days from my original request, the tank is still there. I would hope that in the future AmeriGas would improve their customer service, not price gouge their customers and keep their promises.

I had amerigas for years without problem UNTIL they changed to a centralized, clueless, scheduling service. I terminated my service as it was impossible to get timely service in my rural area. There was extensive miscommunication with difficulty getting timely deliveries. I therefore switched to a new supplier. They billed me $147 for picking up their own tanks. I declined to pay for the pick up since it was their fault that I had to switch companies. Their rep said that I had signed something saying I would pay for pick up of the leased tanks but never was able to give me a copy of that contract. Now they are trying to bill me a $72 late fee. It is ridiculous.

Amerigas installed a propane tank in the mud,, with pieces of broken concrete. The tank eventually fell into the house. We, the homeowners, leveled an area and put a concrete slab down. We called Amerigas to move the tank 6 feet. The serviceman moved the tank on a handruck 6 feet. He was here 5 minutes and said "I wish everything was this easy." Then we received a bill for 297 dollars. It was Amerigas' fault in their tank installation in the first place. I called several times to resolve my complaint and was passed around to overseas "customer service". What horrible customer service. No resolution. Terrible, terrible customer experience.

They won't return our gas purchase after it all leaked out of THEIR FAULTY EQUIPMENT. The repairman said that he would submit the paperwork showing it was faulty and we should receive a refund as it was ALL gone. That was a little over $1,000. I have been fighting with them for almost 3 months now. Been hung up on, lied to...told a supervisor would call me back in 20 minutes. That was weeks ago. Said it would be resolved in 24-48 hours ... NOT. Do not EVER use this company. They were a small town service and did great until they got bought out... now they won't even come to the door. No help. Useless. Customer service = ZERO. Seriously...run away.

Run fast!! They take your money and never show up. Or they take 2 weeks to refill your tank. They are a RIP off. Call the BBB they have so many complaints it's a joke. They should be shut down! I'm still waiting for my refill been out almost 2 weeks. I'm dumping them asap. Run run run

Worst customer service ever. It took over two weeks to get an account set up. It had nothing to do with me, it was all on their end. They blamed an IT problem but I doubt it. I moved into a new house and there is a Amerigas tank on the property from the former owners (still in use and had gas when we bought the house). Not sure why it would take so long to get gas delivered. I was hung up on numerous times, promised a return call several times that never happened. Finally, a little over two weeks from when we started this process a tech came out to inspect the tank which passed. Now I am told we will get a delivery in 5-7 days! WHat the? Another week until I get propane delivered? I have already been given the run around for over two weeks. One would think after all that they may want to get some gas out to a very dissatisfied customer ASAP and not another week from now. That would have made me feel better about them, but it looks like they just don’t care about their customers. Also I complained on another site and someone from Amerigas responded saying they would make it right. Bull! Send me some gas today, that will make it better but not right.
