If I could rate as a zero I would. We were customers for over 20 years-paying a yearly tank rental. The last 5 years of rental, the gauge on the tank had been broken-which resulted in running out of propane at random times. We notified them countless times & requested it to be fixed-they refused. We ran out of propane AGAIN on Dec 12, 2021when it was cold & rainy and everyone was ill-they wanted to charge me emergency delivery fees and after hour fees to deliver. Called a new company-who was WAY cheaper and brought new tank and propane out immediately. Had to call Amerigas 3 times to pick up their tank and now I'm receiving bills and late fees for the pick up fee after I was assured that these fees would be waved due to the broken tank (that I was paying for) and the situation. Called again about the bills that I'm STILL getting and was told that it was a valid charge. When I asked to speak to a manager, the woman Annahi told me she was the only one I could speak to. ABSOLUTLEY RIDICULOUS! Highly recommend Arizona Propane!

I placed a propane order on 5/16/22. Around 8:30 am I see an Amerigas truck passing but not stopping... I went to open my gate and the guy had already backed up and left. He did not bother ringing the bell or calling as indicated on my account. We are the 19th now and everyday I am told the the delivery will come before the days end... It has been the same problem for each delivery. Worst Company. No way to contact anyone, All support is somewhere in India....

I live next to someone who has a very old propane tank and it is the biggest eye sore. The tank is dated back in the 1970's, it leans to one side and the paint is peeling off it. To top it off it is half one property. I have contact6the property owners and the company. The property owners told they have had no luck in getting anywhere with AmeriGas and I even called them but they refuse to even talk to me because I don't have an account with them. At one stage they told the property owners that they would paint it( which I guess is better than nothing) and then they also agreed that the tank should be replaced.a year later and nothing has happened. This company will not do anything to rectify this problem. The tank is owned by AmeriGas and not the owners so I'm guessing because they wouldn't be gaining any money from this they won't do anything about this. If the property owner was paying I'm sure it would be done tomorrow. Do not deal with this company they are only concerned about the bottom line not the customers satisfaction!!!!!

Do not deal with this company. Unreliable service. Uncompleted deliveries on an account that is supposed to be auto delivery. They will run the tank empty from their missed deliveries and then lock the tank and charge you a big fee to get reconnected. One winter was so bad I was worried my pipes would freeze before they would come out. Had to stay with a friend because my house was so cold. Customer service is even worse. Endlessly on hold and then call gets rerouted or dropped. Finally talk to someone to cancel service and apparently they didn't make a note of my call because then they started coming out to try and deliver after I cancelled. Charge a lot of extra fees and charge a lot to pick up their tank when you switch to another company. Very bad experience.

Worse company I've ever dealt with. Delivery didn't arrive on time. They quoted me a low price and then added 5 different surcharges they never advised me about. I never received the $25 gift card they offered as a promotion. I ended up paying more than any other company that had quoted me. TOTAL SCAMMERS!

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Once again I arrive home to find my propane tank is EMPTY. I'm on automatic refill, but AGAIN, they fail to keep up. This has happened several times. No explanation each time. Last time they charged me a special fee, because I needed a refill after hours. Not exactly my fault that THEY forgot to refill my tank. Took months to get that refunded. VERY unreliable service. I have pics of the damage that were sent to them. I kept thinking someone would be back to fix it, since the driver obviously knew he drove off the pavement and damaged the adjacent ground, but NOPE

This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. We’ve been without propane for 4 days now, and I keep getting information that it be delivered today, even within an hour, still no one has showed. It shows it’s been expedited, I’m at a point I’m not sure what that means, since it’s been 4 days. I’ve followed all the right protocols, nothing has worked and calling a dozen or more times!!!!! Very disappointed and very frustrated. I would not recommend Amerigas to anyone.

So, I have had AmeriGas for 2+ years now and I was credited on my account for an error made by a rep. Well I placed an order in December and and ordered in February for my residential service, both orders stated I had a credit that was used on so I wouldn’t owe anything. Now this month I get a bill for over $800 with altered statements saying I owe for both deliveries. I called and was told that I’m responsible for the bill. I had credits on my account that covered both of these deliveries then I get told “oh, we forgot to bill for another delivery which took all the credits away” Why am I responsible for an error on your side? It’s not my fault your website and emails I received said I owed nothing! AmeriGas you have lost a customer as soon as my tank is empty
