Do not use this company. They never deliver when they say they will and its impossible to get any help from their customer service line. I have called 6 times and have received 6 different answers. I have been trying for 19 days now to just get my propane tank refilled, and I have a 2,600$ fuel voucher. My delivery keeps getting canceled for absolutely ridiculous reasons ranging from we have no tank(we have had the same tank for 4 years now) we are new customers (again, 4 years) we have an unpaid balance, we don't have a balance. How do we have an unpaid balance AND a 2,600$ credit? In the meantime my fuel level is now in the teens(it was 30% when I first arranged for a refill, like they recommend), we have had back to back winter storms, it's 10 degrees out right now, and me and my kids are wearing jackets indoors to conserve fuel because at this point it seems like we are never getting a delivery. It's not just for heating, my oven and hot water runs on propane and I'm afraid to use them too. Oh, and when we do run out we will get charged for a line test if and when they ever deliver.

NO DELIVERY! 92 yr old man , record cold and they do not care . Auto fill customer and never get auto fill. Order generated 11/17/2022 tank 20% remaining. No delivery. 12/15/22 called promised delivery in 3 days . No delivery 12/19/22 called agreed to pay extra for expedited delivery promised 24hrs, 12/20/22 promised 24 hrs delivery 12/21, on 12/22 told driver was in route. No delivery. 12/23 delivery promised for 12/24. No reason for failure to deliver any other promised day. Dad now has 5% propane and will be out of heat in record cold on Christmas Eve. Absolutely no way to speak with a real person who actually schedules the local deliveries. There is no emergency service as advertised!!! Kentucky should not allow them to do business. Same thing happened Nov 21 and Jan 22 . Had to fly to KY and take Dad to hotel to wait on Amerigas 2 days . This was for auto fill customer and they still charged expedited delivery charge. Haven’t been able to find a local owned dealer who has a 500 gallon tank so we can change. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Unethical, call center lies, no method to resolve true emergency needs.

Reviews are 100% legit. This company is highly unethical, have hidden fees and high fuel prices, and provide a terrible overall service. Feedback consistent within network of friends and family that have used them as well. All have moved away. Not only do they suck, but they also don’t seem to care. Think I’m just some guy ranting? Extremely poor service. Called on December 1 for delivery, told it would be delivered on the 8th. Called on the 9th, told it would be 72 hours, called on the 13th, told it would be 72 hours, called on the 15th, told it would be 24 hours, called in the 18th, told it would be 24 hours, called every day thereafter and each time told 24 hours. Now its the 22nd and still no propane. Tomorrow I will call to cancel service. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told they don't have one. Warning...don't use this company.

Placed order for propane delivery week in advance knowing snow storm was moving in. 5 days later no show. Called & expressed concern due to disabilities will not have driveway cleared. Instead of delivery Amerigas changed amount of propane to Full on website instead of delivery

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Been weeks we needed a refill on our propane. We have dogs in our yard and unfortunately this company is not capable of calling leaving a message or text so we can bring the dogs in. We were told they would call and text but that wasn't the case. I ask for an emergency refill since we're at 5%. The lady I have spoke to said they would come later Monday or early Tuesday morning. No surprise know one showed up, come noon I called and was told by the same girl who is completely incompetent that she cannot promise a delivery today. When ask to speak with management she said I cannot they do not take inbound calls, I have to wait for one to call me which I highly doubt going to happen. Bottom line 3 week mutiple attempts to get service with no resolution is a JOKE! Not only am I canceling after being a customer for 15+ years. I am also going to make sure everyone I know using this service switches and get the message out there that AmeriGas is one of the worst companies & their customer service SUCKS beyond belief.

No such thing as personal service anymore. I do wish for more personal customer service. The call center is out of the country and it is impossible to talk to anyone with authority to change my payment preferences. They demanded payment before delivery.

Amerigas' customer service is non-existent. I'm an automatic delivery customer. I received notice that a delivery was scheduled on 6 November and to expect them within a few days. My tank level at the time was 20 percent. On 12 December my tank had still not been filled and my level was now 9 percent. I called them and was told my delivery was now 'expedited' and they would be there the next day. However, despite 3 additional phone calls over the next week, each time being reassured they delivery would happen 'tomorrow' my tank has still not been filled. Level is now below the indicating range, I've had the heat in my house turned off for the past 4 days despite outside temperatures in the 20s. Just spoke to them again and was told the delivery would happen today. However, it's now afternoon and no sign of them. After this experience, I think its time to go with another propane company.
