Three weeks ago, as a new customer, I placed a order for propane delivery to my home. That delivery did not happen in the 1-week scheduled window. I called for expedited 2-day delivery a total of 4 more times... all resulting in no delivery. Fool me once - shame on you. Fool me five times - shame on me. Don't waste your time with Amerigas as I did.

Amerigas has been nothing short of completely incompetent. I made a service appointment, they were a no show, and then said it was because I never had an appointment. I rescheduled, took a half day off work, and they showed up after the appointment time, and performed the check I needed to be home for, without me, so it was useless, and they charged me anyway. I am on automatic delivery,and twice now, I've had to call, because my tank was below 30%, when the whole point of automatic delivery is to ensure it never falls below a certain level. I called last night, for an emergency delivery, and it's supposed to be delivered today. Now I'm at 5%, and they tell me they will not come today. It's the middle of winter, and I'm about to run out of propane because of their total incompetence. I am filing a complaint with the attorney general.

Don’t waste your time with this company. You’ll never receive your gas delivery. Company is a complete joke. Hope they close if they can’t provide a service.

All the reviews are right!! We are in the cold, we cannot cook or do laundry or take a shower. They have been lying to us about when it will be here for weeks! Run! Do not do business with them.

Yes I to had an order on Dec 14th delivery date by 12/21 the 22nd ran out of gas. Called multiple times lied to every time. Thank god........my neighbor got a delivery this morning went out talked to the driver he called his office to make sure I was a customer finally got my gas without.......the help of amerigas also I was informed 22 states are under mandatory freeze and most drivers quit because they didn't want to work in the cold I am located in Jacksonville Florida my driver came from Ft Lauderdale there are NO drivers fir this company those call center workers all.....work in 1 office in Cleveland Ohio and they are told to lie and automatically charge you for expedited service at a 300 dollar charge even.....if it's late it might be an emergency for you but to get it they make you pay if they are late because their drivers are coming from out of town to work and they need higher pay and a place to stay while working. I say we all sue them for tge STRESS AND LIES

THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH. I CALLED ON A MONDAY TO GET GAS BECAUSE WE WERE COMPLETLY OUT AND TEMPATURES WERE GOING TO BE SINGLE DIGITS. IT IS TUESDAY OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND STILL NO GAS. YOU CAN NOT CALL AND TALK WITH ANYONE IN A LOCAL OFFICE. I WILL BE CHANGING MY SERIVICE.

Called to have propane delivered on December 10 2022. They tested my tank on December 12,2022. Driver says he attempted delivery but lied and said no one was home sometime around the December 18 We have been home everyday. no call no show in my opinion. But he did not fill the tank like ALL of the other companies we have used in the past have. Usually tank is filled and bill put on the door or charged to a credit card on file. I do not believe the driver stopped and they will not confirm on his GPS. Beginning December 22, I started calling. At least 3 times a day and I was told each day that we were put into Emergency status and a driver would be dispatched "today". Today is December 26th and still no delivery. I was just told that no one had dispatched a driver but she "would do it now" and gave me an updated order number. A busted Pipe and busted water heater later, we still dont have gas and could not cook our Christmas meal at home. Terrible customer service, terrible service period, and terrible follow up. Use North Georgia Propane, Blossman Gas or any other company is my suggestion. This company does not tell the truth and does not follow through with their promises. Also asked to speak with manager and they stated they dont have one on duty.

Amerigas has not delivered gas to my home since Feb. 22. I pay monthly and I am on the auto delivery to avoid this.... yet here I am during the worst cold and holiday season with zero gas! have been waiting and waiting . Calling and calling only to be lied to and given false information. I will be contacting them daily as well as my district attorney and BBB. Amerigas ! shame on you.
