If there were only zero stars to give. I really wonder if Amerigas is even a legitimate company. I am on automatic delivery and automatic payment, yet my propane has been at zero percent for 10 days. I have not had a propane refill since March of 2022 and now have zero. Their customer service does nothing, expect say will "email and escalate". I have been told the exact same thing by every person I have spoken to for a week now, and they literally do nothing. It is like talking to a wall. I have called every day, with the promise of, the delivery is on it's way, and nothing. The most horrible customer service as they have the power to do nothing.

I have been trying since Tuesday Jan.17th to get this mess straightened out. Your driver put the gas,that I had ordered 10 days prior, in my neighbor's tank across the street. He does not even have an account with you. I have made at least six calls to you to no avail. I no longer want a delivery of gas. I just want this $144.39 taken off of my bill. I have been a customer of yours for 25 years and this is just unacceptable. Your driver made the mistake he needs to pay for the gas. I will not be paying for it. Pat Glaze

Worst customer service experience I’ve had thus far. Amerigas “forgot” to deliver our propane over a week ago and we have just now ran out. Spoke to three different customer service employees from India and each one told us something different. First call was with a man we could barely understand and was not helpful. The second representative lied to our faces telling us the emergency delivery would be done within two days. Called a third rep after not hearing anything within those two days and he stated we’re on the list for a delivery next week. Cancelling account immediately with this company and going local.

ABSOLUTE WORST company I have ever dealt with! We had a tank here when we bought our house and we have never switched so fast! I ordered propane and they ran us out so we had no hot water, I was then put on emergency delivery and told that within 24 hours we would have a delivery. Well 24 hours turned into a WEEK!!! Customer service is non existent and they barely even speak English. The best they could do was give us a whopping $25 credit. We immediately cancelled in November of 2021 and I was told all cancellation charges as well as a $150 tank removal fee would be taken off. Fast forward to APRIL 2022 5 MONTHS LATER and our tank was JUST picked up, and I was charged $162 AGAIN for a removal fee, and they said they will not be taking it off so now I am waiting on a manager to call me back, if I even get a call....Total joke of a company! Wish I could give a negative review!

I rent a duplex in Jamestown. I've lived here for 10 years. The difference between the first 9, and the last 1 is Unbelievable!!! Our gas ran out--for 4 days in late November. When we finally got gas, in 4 days--the deliveryman promised this would never happen again. It is now 1/18, and we have 10% in the tank. I've called their call center 5 days in a row. Each time I was told I'd get a delivery the next day, a d the delivery man would call me when he was on the way. Today is the sixth day, and I'm "supposedly" getting a delivery tomorrow, with a call when the driver is on his way. If they don't deliver tomorrow, the Police are my next call!

Called in the summer about service. Was given incorrect information about reading tank levels. Now out of propane and all calls lead to call center reps, vague answers, and no delivery eta. It is in the 20s at night, we have no heat, and no idea when it will be restored other than “maybe” within 72 hours. Thanks for nothing, will be switching to a locally based provider this year.

If I could a zero star rating I would. Liheap put an emergency delivery on Tuesday and I still haven't seen them. I called and they said it would be 72 hours before we could get our gas. Even though it was put in on Tuesday for emergency delivery we didn't have no heat and still waiting it's Friday now and I have 3 kids. All they said was they was sorry and all u get to speak with is Phillipines. I won't be using Amerigas anymore 😕 this isn't the first time I've been through this with them

Amerigas is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with regardless of product. For the past six (6) weeks I have been trying to get my propane tank filled. So far I have received three (3) different delivery dates and Amerigas has NOT kept a single delivery appointment and today they were not able to even give me another delivery date! So, today I cancelled my delivery and severed my relationship with Amerigas. However, upon requesting my severance from Amerigas, I WAS TOLD BY AMERIGAS THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO VISIT MY PROPERTY AND REMOVE MY PROPANE TANK EVEN THOUGH I OWN IT!!! I believe this was nothing more than a vailed threat to attempt to retain me as a customer. I had to finally hang up on them. AMERIGAS IS SIMPLY AWFUL. Save yourself a lot of grief and go with a different company.
