I was charged $4.99 per gallon. Double the price other companies were charging. So I canceled and switched to another company. It took 3 phone calls and over a month for them to cancel my account and pickup the tank. Then I got a cancel fee and pickup fee for another $317.98. The tank they picked up had more than quarter tank still in it. They said it was empty so I wouldn't be receiving any credit. I would NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PROPANE NEEDS!!!!!! Any other company out there will be at least 50% less than what they charge. I wish I knew this before using them.

Such a chaotic company! 4 calls the day of purchase just to get proof I made the purchase. I was told, as I looked at the withdrawal from my credit card, that I had not made a purchase. I guess, there’s no way to verify for sure if 200 gallons are put in except for the gauge on the truck. Who knows if it’s accurate. They missed delivery Tuesday, no show no call. They tried to come Friday after scheduling for Monday. They Called Monday morning and asked if “even though you’re scheduled for Tuesday can we bring it today?” Told her it was scheduled for today. Then I get a voice mail after delivery advising me of a propane delivery coming tomorrow 😵‍💫 8 phone calls, 3 supervisors, 4 phillipino cust serv reps and a partridge in a pear tree. I was told by Shawna, a “customer advocacy specialist” that I would be comped for my troubles. I lost wages the day of the no show. Right! Still waiting for that comp ma’am……

Worst company to get gas from. The customer service is terrible. They can't even hit their timeframe that they set for themselves. You call the number to get customer support and they don't even know anything about the delivery. They will let your tank run dry before getting to you in time.

Drivers frequently causing accidents

Waited over 3 hours for my scheduled site survey. Scheduled for 7 to 9 am. Gave up at 1030. Tried several numbers that I had used and none worked. Went to internet search and got them. No apology just said they shouldn't have scheduled for 2 hours. Should have been 8. Like I would sit there at a construction site for 8 hours. Saw reviews on this site and I'll just get it somewhere else.

Received call we had a madatory safety check at our home. Call and advised didnt request nor want this check. Was told it was madatory. Waited on rep, he arrived and he said, do you know why I'm here? Told him I was told it was a mandatory check. He said, for what? Told him didnt know, we tried to cancel and they wouldnt let us. Shrugged his shoulders and left. Just received a bill for $289.99 for this "service"

I agree with everything in the previous reviews. All inquiries are sent to the Phillipines Can,t even understand them. Finally got a delivery after 17 days. When I get the bill I m sending it to the Philliplines. We own our tank. Will never use them again after 35 years. Don’t know who to report them to but I’m researching it.

$4.99 a gallon for propane late February in 2023. Nothing but theft. Avoid this company at all costs. Disgusting robbery.
