The team at Amerifund was nothing but professional and friendly! The customer support and care they took to help us purchase our first home, made what should have been a stressful process a walk in the park. Working with our crazy time difference as a military family over seas was never an issue for them. Cesar and Shannon were rockstars from start to finish!

I was so impressed by the attention to detail, quick follow-up, and thoroughness that I received from Cesar Silva, Jen, and Shannon. Cesar was terrific about answering all of my questions (believe me, I had many), presented options to me to consider, and went above and beyond my expectations. Jen and Shannon were on top of it and put my mind at ease throughout the process. Whenever I have another home financing need, I will return to this team of superstars and highly recommend them.

By far the best home loan experience we have ever had. Cesar was so amazing and patient working with us to find the very best option for our home refinance. He was honest, upfront and communicated every step of the way. Shannon and Jen did a great job helping us gather all necessary documents. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home loan - new, refinanced or non traditional. Will definitely to do business with them again.

I recently used Amerifund/Reverse Loan Solutions when I needed to secure a Reverse home mortgage. Financial business dealings are extremely stressful for me. I am so pleased with Angela, my loan officer and her team, Jen and Shannon! They are awesome, knowledgeable and efficient. They have a wonderful ability to make me feel comfortable and included in the process. They have my best interests at heart and for that, I am grateful! I highly recommend them. What an amazing team. Thank you!!!

I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service I received during my refinance. Thank you for your guidance throughout the entire loan process! If you're in the market for a home loan/refinance, the staff at Amerifund will go above and beyond to do what is best for their client. So glad I made the call and chose to run numbers with them. Brad referred me to Cesar. Cesar and his team went out of their way to make sure I got the best available loan at the best possible rate. I saved thousands of dollars! Integrity is something you cannot put a price on. Cesar Silva, along with his team, Shannon Gruetzmacher and Jennifer McCall exemplify what it means to be professional, knowledgeable, and responsive! Thank you!

If you’re looking for a loan specialist/mortgage analysis that is fast and efficient, then Angela Wyckoff is it! I was referred to her by my realtor Molly and since day one of meeting her, she got the ball rolling! She was able to get me prequalified for more money than another loan specialist did, on top of going out her way to help me improve my credit score! Her spirit is fantastic, she’s approachable, down to earth, yet highly professional, and she’s easy to contact! Overall, I feel very comfortable working with her, and I know she has my family and my best interests at heart. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you Angela!
