BEWARE Amerifund Home Loans will charge outrageous fees, turn their backs on you, ignore your calls, messages, try to put a restraining order on you with false allegations while Brad Rice CEO is running scared & leave you in distress without a care in the world after Brad Rice charges ridiculous fees of $30,000 for a home loan. I never ever spoken with Brad Rice, however, he manipulated thousands of hardworking dollars from me through one of his minions Wilma Karen Foster whom no longer is employed with AMERIFRAUD she is currently employed with Monarch Mortgage in Inglewood, CA. ‼️ALERT DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH AMERIFRAUD. Purchased a home $800,000 on March 14, 2025. It is 2026 I am refinancing my home today January 7, 2026 to get out of the horrible loan CEO Brad Rice of Amerifund Home Loans made his former employee Wilma Karen Foster pressure me into. Brad Rice charged an outrageous fee of $17,693.98 & an additional PMI fee of $13,510 for closing cost. Wilma Karen Foster charged $8000 for poor work ethics. Wilma constantly told me a would lose my earnest money if I had gone with City National Bank. I had no debt or bad credit my profile is excellent. I didn’t need a FHA loan or CalHFA assistance it was a money scheme. I am in a conventional loan without additional Premium Mortgage Insurance you can’t write off money wasted. Get a loan with a bank not AMERIFUND HOME LOANS. Amerifund Home Loans Brad Rice will not be in business too much longer. Wilma Karen Foster is no longer with Amerifund Home Loans her new employer is Monarch Mortgage in Inglewood, CA. Also I have never met or spoken with Brad Rice, however, I will soon in court. ONE THING YOU SAID RIGHT IS YOU ALL ARE SORRY!!! FRAUD: AMERIFUND HOME LOAN'S REALTOR KAREN FOSTER NEGLECTED TO HONOR MY REQUEST TO CHANGE MY LOAN FROM PRMG TO CITY NATIONAL BANK WHICH I QUALIFIED FOR THE $50,000 GRANT IN 90018 AREA. AMERIFUND HOME LOANS DOES NOT HAVE INTEGRITY, LOYALTY OR RESPECT FOR BUYERS! THE AMERIFUND CULT ARE ALL FOR SELF NOT FOR THE BUYERS NOT ON YOUR SIDE! AMERIFUND TRAINS THEIR EMPLOYEES TO SUBMIT LOANS WITH PRMG FOR IN HOUSE PROFITS & KICKBACKS! I AM CONTACTING THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION ABOUT HOW I WAS MISTREATED BY AMERIFUND HOME LOANS! I MISSED OUT ON $50,000 GRANT FUNDING WITH NO P.M.I. INSTEAD HAVE A $28,000 CALHFA MY HOME LOAN WITH A P.M.I.. WHAT AMERIFUND WILL NOT DO IS DISRUPT ANYMORE LIVES THAT MATTER!!! JAIME PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS POST YOUR TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL & UNKIND TO ME A BUYER WHOM UTILIZED YOUR CORRUPT COMPANY AS I REGRET WITH A PASSION!!! IT IS ABSURD RIDICULOUS HOW AMERIFUND REPLIED WITH NONSENSE TO MY POST! IMMEDIATE ATTENTION: I am extremely dissatisfied with Amerifund for being disloyal, rude and selfish. I wholeheartedly trusted the broker with my investment, money & future which was a mistake. After I requested to go with another lender the broker ignored my request instead made it out to be a bad decision. I reached out to an obnoxious Jamie Cavanaugh President | NMLS: 1271240 for some type of assistance, however, Jamie put the blame on me for signing documents instead of being creative by coming up with a solution. Please take heed to the horrible experience I encountered and run quickly from Amerifund Home Loans are robbing people by price gouging. My American dream turned out to be my worst nightmare! Trump please fire and shut down this business! These phony people will have you in the worst loan ever then hang up in your face!

Shelly DeLee’s responsiveness and attention to details while working with the Buyer’s and underwriting, made the Buyer’s purchase less stressful with positive results… thank you

Amerifund once again exceeded my expectations. I've done several loans with Amerifund with several loan officers, and I have to say they are all amazing. Cesar helped me with this one and boy did he impress me on this one. I applied for an equity line and it was done and funded in a week! ZERO hassle..... This is the place to go for any time of home loan.

Switching to Amerifund was the greatest decision we could have made. Being our first home purchase we felt completely lost and stressed out. As soon as we began talking to Cesar he went out of his way to make sure we felt confident in what we were doing. Shannon and Jen were very diligent in making sure we got everything we needed and were extremely responsive. This team was able to get us a much better rate and we were able to finish the process a week ahead of schedule! THANKS A MILLION to CESAR and the entire AMERIFUND TEAM!

I want to take the time to thank the ladies at Amerifund!! Alysha's knowledge, expertise and true concern for her clients is invaluable. Gina and Jennifer's communication skills and strong work ethic make for a stellar team. Combined, their teamwork is priceless! We could not be more satisfied with the service we received. It is so refreshing to know that good customer services still exist in the world. Our loan process was seamless, and we couldn't have asked for more!

I recently finished the purchase of our home and was assisted by Alysha, Jennifer and Gina. It was a great to work with everyone as they worked hard to get us through each step of our loan process from start to finish. The communication and customer service was top notch. Sometimes this process. Am seem like a roller coaster but they were always there to help with any issues and lots of encouragement along the ride. They eventually took us to the finish line to our new home. I will definitely do business with them again if the opportunity is there. I would highly recommend them anyone who wants that personal service! Thanks Alysha, Jennifer and Gina!!
