They did what they said, were on time, and within budget

I was looking for an honest, and reliable auto transport company to ship my sister's vehicle. During my search, I found AmeriFreight. I contacted the company and spoke with Amanda Pike, I expressed my shipping needs, she carefully listened. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, friendly, courteous, and honest. Amanda went above, and beyond to ensure our shipping needs were met in a timely manner. Amanda kept us informed throughout the entire process. When Amanda found a carrier to accommodate our request, she immediately provided us with the carrier's information. The carrier was extremely professional, and honest. He kept us informed and updated throughout the entire transport. I HIGHLY recommend AmeriFreight, I'm extremely pleased, and highly impressed with the level of Legendary service they provide to their customers. The customer service team was also amazing! I will definitely hire AmeriFreight for my future auto transport needs. This company deserves 10 stars!!!!!

Got a great customer service rep Maleah Sanders, got me a super quick hassle free transport of our 1990 Convertable Mustang. Arrived from over 400 miles away in 19 hours! Carrier was Filip Catalina was a very nice young man who kept in touch throughout the trip. Great Experience, and Great Price too!

The company informed me of the process and then as bidding time approached they texted me about the price range. At the same time, the carrier I did book to transport my car was getting squirrely so I shifted to Amerifreight. They were wonderful! They monitored the process and checked in with regularity.

The service was excellent from the start to the end. Harry from Amerifreight was great in assisting me. CA auto Express delivered the car. The car was picked Kip in a timely manner and delivered from CA to VA in total 5 days from the day it was picked up. The driver (Charlie) stayed in touch with it’s me the entire time with the status of the arrival time. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. I was worried about the car but everything is fine. I highly recommend both amerifreight and CA Auto Express.

Communication is the most important, being able to feel there is someone tracking your vehicle. The representative, Jazmin kept me informed the entire time. The car was picked up as promised and handled with care, delivered in the same condition.

Kallie was amazingly professional and helpful!
