I cannot say enough good things about AmeriFreight and their staff. I searched for months to find a reputable shipper for my car from New Mexico to Alaska. After many phone calls, texts, spam emails, and scams, I finally reached AmeriFrieght and specifically Maleah. It was like a gift from the universe. Shipping a car to Alaska is a difficult and expensive task. Maleah was amazing at explaining the process, setting expectations, and connecting me to the right company for the second part of the transport. I felt so much relief. This company is legit. Every single time I called and someone other than Maleah answered I was met with courtesy, helpfulness, and efficiency. For example, when you call, they can see your details in their system immediately, clearly from your number. I didn’t have to tell my story every time I called. They just knew me. Yesterday, Maleah handed me off to the other company that is sending my car to Alaska via ferry. I suddenly wish I had another car to ship! Thank you AmeriFrieght!

The folks at AmeriFreight were great! We had fantastic communication with them throughout and they answered all our questions in a timely manner. We got our car shipped across the country at a fair rate, it arrived in perfect condition and it was super fast! We could not be more happy!

Definitely recommend! They were so attentive and made sure things were running smoothly and tried to help as much as possible. I was a little worried when I didn’t get a call the day before from carrier on when they would come so I called Hannah. She found out what was going on and called me as soon as she knew. The driver did run a little behind but did get to the destination earlier than expected! I went from NY to CA and price was very decent and I was even able to pay a little extra and pack some things in my car as well! Thank you so much for making the process easy and worry free :)
