Excellent communication throughout the entire process.

Sy helped me find a carrier to move a car from Colorado to California. The process was smooth. The driver was very friendly and professional and I got the car in perfect condition. There was an issue in billing initially and after I contacted Sy, he followed up and got it corrected. Other staffs I talked to when calling AmeriFreight are all friendly and trying to be helpful. I'm happy about my choice to go with AmeriFreight and highly recommend it.

The experience was amazing due to the exceptional amount of attention and service provided by my representative Jennifer Sylvester. She was personable knowledgeable and thorough. She remained in close contact throughout the process and made sure everything was explained and understood. In a nutshell because of her service I will be using this company for my future shipments.

Great customer service!

I was given a day and a when the car would be picked up and also an approximate day it would be delivered. I received a call the day before and I was told it would be a day early. The driver even went so far as to call to make sure I got home ok as he could not come into my neighborhood.

Pretty good shipping. Got my car within the estimated dates, from Cali to Texas within a week. The rate is what they showed, nothing hidden
