AmeriFreight, Inc.Reviews of amerifreight.net

I worked with Jessica Hill, order number 16810181. This was my first time shipping a vehicle and it was so hassle free. I had received offers from a ton of other companies and it was getting overwhelming for me with all the messages they send. I chanced upon AmeriFreight in an article that listed it as one of the best and decided to give it a try. After I received the quote Jessica Hill gave me a call and found me a driver the next morning who was ready to pick up my vehicle from El Paso Texas at 2:15pm, and it arrived in Auburn Alabama at 7:19am (05/07/2024 - 05/09/2024). Jessica went above and beyond to coordinate this for me despite me being out of the country and unable to make calls. It was really amazing working with AmeriFreight and Jessica. I would 100% recommend using them.

Tim was awesome! He was always checking in with me to let me know what was going on. The price was the best I could find and I noticed no extra damage to the vehicle (it's my work truck, so of course it has dings.) I would recommend this company to anyone.

What really made the experience an exceptional one was the service provided by Rosalind Cook. She was there with me the entire process and made it extremely easy. Thanks Rosie!

The best service by par not like easy auto ship promises and can not deliver

Friendly customer service, carrier was located quickly, delivery was on time. Second GREAT experience with AmeriFreight.

Exceptional customer service

For starters, Robyn! She was efficient with information and process. When the order was placed she was upfront with details and answered all questions thoroughly! Next was the response from the driver. He was very good about communication overall. Delivered the car with ease and courtesy. GREAT Experience!

Harry David with AmeriFreight was very helpful with explaining the process on how to transport my vehicle from coast to coast. He followed up with me at every step. He was genuine, and showed that he cared. AmeriFreight has competitive pricing. I paid my deposit to AmeriFreight. And then I paid the carrier fee upon delivery directly to the driver’s company.
