delivery was prompt and well tracked; exception was the driver was not an English-speaker; broken English made final transaction difficult

We are glad your vehicle transport went smoothly apart from that final exchange of the keys for the delivery payment. We appreciate your feedback.

I had a positive experience using AmeriFreight to ship my car from CA to NYC. The car arrived in good condition and shipped in less than a week. The communication could be improved. It was difficult to get information about when exactly the car would be picked up or would arrive, which was tricky as someone who works in office. The one thing I would suggest would be more communication/tracking while on the road and allowing for a tighter pick up and delivery window schedule. Regardless, this was an easy and cost effective way to transport my car, and I would definitely do it again if I were in the same situation!

Thanks for the feedback! We are looking at ways to provide tighter tracking. Carriers running into traffic, road construction, and weather make it complicated but we are working on solutions. We are happy to have assisted you.
