AmeriFreight, Inc.Reviews of amerifreight.net

Sy Morgan made it smooth sailing for me, 1st time shipping n was like a nightmare finding the right company you can trust to ship my truck but Sy made sure everything was going to be okay n it was

Four and half stars.

My experience was excellent.. Car was picked up and delivered ahead of schedule. Communication was good and professional. My only "slight" concern was there was a crippling language burrier between the drive and others. He was very courteous and pleasant to deal with just very hard to communicate. Only other concern is you need to have paperwork upon pick up for the car to be released to your possession.. Overall very good. would use again!

Overall, the experience was great and the communication was great. The broker did what was needed and they were able to get our vehicle shipped much quicker than we had originally planned.

From customer service to the follow up the communication was excellent and time to respond was super fast. Only tough let was arriving at a fixed time and place w the driver which was a little frustrating. But overall great experience.

I contracted AmeriFreight, Inc. to pick up a GMC K3500 truck at a dealership, in Oregon and deliver it to me in Texas. The truck was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, without any issues. I am happy with their service and would use them again.

Good Service at the right price

Faster than was expected…maybe a bit more communication when it comes to the drop off. Many times you have a relative or friend receiving the vehicle with cash in hand. They have lives too and can’t do last minute. My experience was I’ll be there in 30 minutes texted to me while I’m on a trip in Europe. It was supposed to be a week later. Overall a decent experience and would use them again.
