I called back to speak to the agent I had just spoke to not even five minutes ago. She gave me a name as Jalisa the man that answered the phone could not find any information on #MIN so he was going to start over. She’s taking my bank information my Social Security number, and says that she was my agent, she was supposed to email me or text me her information. I don’t see it anywhere. It seems like this is a scam. I will be calling our local newspaper or a news reporter to report this.

I have been unsuccessfully trying to reach customer service for two weeks now. The incoming system usually puts me on hold and after 90 minutes of waiting on hold I get hung up on. That has occurred to me five straight times in a row on five different days calling it mornings afternoons and early evenings.
